PE PP film bag squeezer machine

The plastic squeezer machine is particularly suitable for dehydration and drying of soft plastics such as films and woven bags. It can be equipped with a plastic film washing recycling line or can be used separately. Compared with traditional centrifugal and pipeline dryers, the squeezer machine has advantages such as small footprint, low energy consumption, and low noise.
The plastic squeezer dryer consists of a main motor, gearbox, barrel and screw, mold head, pelletizing device, and main control cabinet. The materials are fed into the machine barrel and screw through the hopper, and then driven by the motor to advance the screw. The materials pass through high-strength molds and then enter the pelletizing device, ultimately making semi plasticized particles that can be directly used for secondary granulation or sales.
