Belt Conveyor
Feeding speed is controlled by inverter according to the feeding amount.

COMPACTOR
The plastic material will cut by the rotatory blades of compactor;and will dry and compacted by the friction heating;then Feed directly into the extruder.

SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER
Screw/barrel material: 38CrMoAl, Nitrify processing.
Vacuum degassing system to get rid of the low molecular,moisture and printing ink effectively.

HYDRAULIC FILTER
Plate type double station filter:
Special design (no-stopping screen change, no leak)

THE SECOND EXTRUDER
